Everything!! Donna and Joy are the best, though!!
My dog Donovan is completely scared of hoses, and to a degree, water in general. bathing can be a very stressful experience for both he and I ( I have to watch the poor guy shake until its over) Not only did Joy walk me through the process, but she totally understood how stressful baths can be for certain animals, and did everything she could to make the experience comfortable and stress-free for my right hand man (dog) Donovan got through the bath, no shaking, smiled for his photos, and even got a blue bandana out of it.
