I made an appointment for grooming a week ago. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived today I was informed that there was a mistake and the price would be much higher. Not only did the groomer not call me during the week to inform me that the price was higher, she refused to honor the quoted price when we arrived. We left and won't be going back.

I could not be happier with You Dirty Dog. Prior to moving to Minneapolis, my dog had only ever gone to one groomer, so I was worried about having to find a new groomer. His first groom after we moved was at one of the national chain pet stores...and was the worst groom he's ever gotten. I was thrilled to find a local, small business groomer close to our new home. The staff at You Dirty Dog is wonderful and welcoming. Elisabeth regularly grooms my dog and does a fantastic job. I won't go anywhere else!

The staff was excellent and my dog, a big, hairy golden doodle got a really good haircut! He was scared and the groomer did a great job of calming him down and did his grooming so well. I'll definitely go back. Thanks!
