I scheduled a massage one day out and was able to get in. I went with the hot stone massage and it really was the best stone massage Ive gotten in years! Most massage therapists use the stones at the end of the session and just lay them in a pattern. Ruthie used the stones the entire time. She also used an infrared bed mat to heat the muscles from the inside. She also used essential oils for relaxation and comfort. I've needed this for a long time.
