Julian is tenacious, knows how to diagnose problems and doesn't stop till they're fixed. I have a hydronic system that didn't work for 2 years. He spent 2 days on it, figured it out, and now my house is toasty. Thanks You and Us.
If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Not professional at all (texts to prove it), not time conscious, and does not provide quality work. Do yourself a favor pay the extra money for a better company. We learned our lesson and would much rather pay extra for quality work that will not cost us more 6 months later.
Great service, I had Julian come twice to fix my AC unit and he was very quick on communication and got here with great timing. He told what and what not to do to make sure the AC works well and explained exactly what was wrong and what I have to do next. Great guy too will always let you know and keep you updated on when he will arrive and is very flexible
My A/C was leaking water and I called You and Us company. The mechanic was very professional, completed the job and did extra. I highly recommend this company to other home owners.
