I ordered some shorts online and unfortunately they didn't fit. I went in store to return them to learn, that all returns are done online now. I'd never done an online return before, so Alicia the manager literally created a return barcode and then emailed it to me, all 10 minutes before closing time. She went above and beyond when she really didn't have to. Absolute champion.
Never written a review but here goes.. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight (56kg), and I honestly had no idea what looked good on my body anymore. I have hated clothes shopping and usually walk away in tears, and having had pretty poor customer service, especially when they’ve already decided you can’t fit anything in the store. Not this time.
