I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Yotaluma for any kind of service. I brought my T100 Toyota to them on 10/9 to replace an oxygen sensor and to do a complete motor inspection. The vehicle was at 1800-2000 miles since the last oil change at the time that I brought it in. After I paid them, I asked how the inspection went and if there were any notes. back in march i took my 1991 toyota mr2 turbo on a long roadtrip from san diego and it got stranded experiencing alternator/charging circuit issues driving through north bay. had it towed to Yotaluma where they were able to repair it in the few days I had before I had before I needed to leave. great communication throughout and friendly guys working the shop
Old School Family Values If you want a warm, friendly business that truly cares about its customers, look no further than Yotaluma Automotive. They recently installed an OEM rear hitch, OEM electrical trailer harness and a front TRD skid plate on my 2024 RAV4 Adventure. Tony is a fantastic front man who makes the whole process seamless, and Joe the mechanic does stellar professional work—the installatio... read more
99' 4Runner Misfired on me at 11 pm, brought it in 10 am Tuesday, was done by 10 am Wednesday. Very transparent, normal price from what I've seen, and they cut me a very nice deal saving on labor getting 2 jobs done at once since one had to be done to even get to the other. 5/5 I hope I don't have to get any more work done anytime soon, but if I do, it'll definitely be here.
