Small town values and consideration for our seniors. Though Imy friend has been using this business for years it is only recently their mobility has been an issue. This business made everything seamless, less frustrating and no hard sell on anything They went the extra mile and explained everything to me.
Local auto repair business that I have been a customer at since the previous owner back in 2012. This small auto shop caters to last minute emergencies, insurance claims and general maintence. I am grateful for the kindness and efficiency they have shown me while I struggled through some personal issues. The employees got the job done on my car and didn't try to stiff me for items not necessary. Stellar performance, considerate and professional. We need more small businesses with old school work ethics.
My truck was dropped off by AAA at 4 PM and I had it back the next day at 10 AM with a low bill. They explained exactly what was wrong: an electrical failure had melted one of the fuses into the box and they fixed it quickly. Tony is the guy for any Toyota mechanical work. Yotaluma far and away exceeded my expectations. After scheduling an appointment with another shop and them not honoring it, I spoke with Tony at Yotaluma, and he said he could get me in right away. They replaced my sparkplugs and ignition coils in the time that they said and at a very reasonable/fair price. My Ram 2500 Promaster now gets 3 miles to the gallon better gas mileage and runs a lot smoother. Joe (I think is the owner) is very hands-on and is the FURTHEST thing from being pushy. This review is for my mother, Cecilia. We brought her car in thinking the brakes needed to be done. Surprisingly, they still had some life left in them, even after about eight years since she bought the car. The team let us know they didn’t need to be replaced just yet, which we really appreciated. While we were there, we went ahead and had the transmission serviced. Everything went smoothly, and as always, we felt very well taken care of.
