Went to Yotality with my family because they wanted to celebrate together at a place with non dairy options so I could have something with them. The wasn't a single sorbet option and all the other options were yogurt despite this sign on the window. Pretty disappointing.
Kids are crying because you are closed. You should not put open hours without updating that you’re not even open until 6pm. I love this place. So plz update hours
Very frustrated with my experience here a couple days ago. Came in with my grandchildren and the employees name who I grabbed (Nadine) was extremely rude. She raised her voice at my little one for pulling down the wrong handle, he’s only 5 and couldn’t reach😡 Employee was sitting down before I got to the cash register not paying attention to anything but her cell phone. Person at the counter was very demanding to my friend to give her certain bills as she was paying in cash, she snatched the cash out of her hand. She then proceeded to try and grab the cup out of her hand to move it out of the way. Horrible attitude. Won’t be returning. 🤏🏼
