Very disappointed in my experience at yotality tonight. To come in at 9 o’clock an hour before closing and see the employees rushing to close, have empty toppings, a tone when talking to, and overhear they plan on closing the bathrooms while the place is still full is beyond ridiculous. This place used to be so nice and enjoyable to come to it’s a shame what it’s turned into. Great frozen yogurt! Clean establishment as well.
Had a rude encounter with an employee who I found out happened to be a manager there. Another employee was sitting down and swearing at someone she was on the phone with. Store looked dirty. I won’t be returning.
