Always a pleasant and comfortable experience, from the person on the phone who helps schedule the appt., to the receptionist(s) who are always welcoming and friendly, to the assistant who is always patient and pleasant, and to the doctor, who is always caring, interested, and responsive. I have never had anything but an excellent experience.
Dr. Farid is truly exceptional. She is kind, attentive, and helped me finally clear my stubborn eczema when nothing else worked. I feel so lucky to have found her. She works with you at your comfort level whether you prefer topical or more advanced treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Farid!
