Darren & Missy Yost helped us with a purchase in Latitude Margaritaville during a time when Covid and long waiting lists were a big deal. I highly recommend The Yost Group and suggest that you reach out to them early if you're planning to buy in a 55+ community.
Professional and fast-acting, during the time I was looking for real estate in the Lowcountry, it was challenging to find pre-built homes that would not sell before they even hit the market; Darren & Missy Yost were able to share their time and show me homes that fit my need, once we found what I wanted they were quick to make the calls needed to get a contract on it.
