Kickstarter product never devivered. Poor communication, not keeping up to their promises. Fraud company.
I supported their Kickstarter campaign 4 years ago, which I severely regret now. They are selling their products online since several long but they still have not delivered to their original Kickstarter backers. They also totally ignore all communication about this matter. Don't trust these scammers!

Excellent customer service and response time. I am a Kickstarter backer of the PrioVR Head-to-Head kit, and despite the bumpy road from start to finish Yost Labs experienced while developing this cutting-edge technology I am very happy with their response to my needs. Sensors kind of OK, even if delivery is much slower than promised. Ignores any customer support request, I am waiting for MONTHS already to get an answer to my mails. Outdated documentation, dead links in their forum.
I encourage anyone thinking about products from this company to not do so. I pre-ordered a PRIO VR PRO suit back in May 2014 and over the course of the two years I have been waiting it has been pushed back multiple times with them always telling me "It will happen soon (we hope)" I have been asking for my money back for two weeks now and they have ignored my requests and not sent any replies. The product might be good when it releases (if it ever does) but I urge you to not buy into it until it does.
