Never returned signed paperwork/addendums from seller. Always "out of town", or other excuses for no communication. Repairs never finished before or after closing agreed upon by Yoss's seller. Total disregard for the buyer's best interest, never acknowledged or honored deadlines/dates on legal documents. Worse was 1st American Title in C.G. for overseeing the process and not following signed legal agreements between parties. Both realtors, and title company have caused undue anguish and stress to the buyer.
