When you do an event with the owner, make sure you take a contract and a lawyer. The owner seems to be articulate and trustworthy, but in reality he is switches up like a light. Make sure you get a deposit because he will find a way to dupe you out of your money creating conflict that he determines you as unprofessional. He lacks in communication and transparency.
