Came in there with a cracked iPad, it’s almost like they didn’t want my business, they said it would cost like $250 and that they would have to send it out which would take 5 to 12 days. So I went to Northpark Mall they did it for $100 in 30 minutes.
Don’t bring ur device here, I kindly asked for this man to replace the charging port, he said it would be done in a few short hours after the part came in, I not only paid him before service(totally my fault) but brought it back the next day only for him to tell me it won’t be done for another day at the end of business, I called and forced the issue of it to be done today, he stated ok, he calls back an hour later saying it’s done, only for me to pick it up and see that it’s broken, now correct me if I’m wrong don’t you bei... read more
