PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING YOSHI'S! I went to Yoshi's on Monday, October 7th, 2019. I ordered a chicken teriyaki kid's bowl, a teriyaki shrimp and broccoli full-sized meal with an egg roll (as the included side item) and fried cheesecake for dessert. All of the items were packed and tied tightly in a bag (by the employees), and I was in a rush to get back to work, so I didn't notice my meal was incorrect until I was already gone. We been in business for over 20 years and I can promise you that we would never do something like put a bug in our customers food. My employee said that you’re ask for a refund on the order you found the bug in, we also put in one free meal in our IOU booklet when you’re call in the first time as well. I picked up take-out. Food was not ready when I arrived so I paid and sat on the couch visible to the cashier. She never told me when the food was ready and finally a gentleman came out and asked me what order I was waiting for. He went and brought me my order. During my wait, I watched the cashier flinging her long hair all around as she talked with the servers. Please wear your hair up if you are in the food service industry!

The food was good - nice size portions but they do need to work on their online order time. I was told in an email that my food was ready at 7:19 pm. I didn’t receive my food until 7:40pm over 20 mins later. The whole point of ordering & paying online & still leaving a decent tip included is to get in and out. This didn’t happen so they need to work on that!
