Good and quick ordering process via app. Only wish there were more locations closer to where I live.
Terrible food, I got the chicken teriyaki bowl absolutely no flavor and not even hot. Not a fan... also no sause
Vegetables were still ice cold, Steamed rice was not to temp (very warm), Teriyaki chicken was grilled chicken w teriyaki sauce, Had asked for tempura sauce for my shrimp I ordered, guy said we charge extra, i asked doesnt it come with. was told the staff said it was in bag, I said it wasn't and never mind, guy at counter tossed on counter, slid and almost made it over the edge of counter and just walked away. Food is good. I love the udon noodles, chicken was dry, not great. Bathrooms are FOUL. I asked for the code cuz my small child needed to pee. She told me it's only for customers, which we just ate so but like if it's only for customers they should probably be able to keep it clean. Literally pee on the floor, toilet paper on the floor. Nasty! *update 8/25/25 came back a few months later and the food is just bad, on top of everything else I already didn't like about this location .
