Customer service is much better. The tall and skinny cashier (sorry I forgot her name) is very courteous with the very positive attitude. Thank you. I hope I will not have this past experience anymore. Before: The mobile app offered the coupons but after I ordered, the store didn't honor it. Btw, I made sure to apply the coupon when I ordered from the app. I asked to talk to the manager but Chris said he/she stepped out. He said he is the current supervisor and he can't do anything about it. He had no name and title tag. He ... read more
