I wonder for the company owner .. it should be Japanese.. but when you walk in to the restaurant.. it looks like not even close to Japan.. we all know Japanese people and culture.. how they very clean and dedicated to what they do !!! Looking to any Yoshi noya restaurant kitchens.. looks not really organized or clean ...as what we respect from Japan people.. even the fish plate very plain test .. it need to be marinated!!!
