Love their sushi menu and location! Recommend to sushi lovers everywhere!
Great environment,Wonderful staff,All of the Chef's are great and easy to talk to.Their fish is always fresh I've never had a problem with that.Asking them to make anything is never a problem.There's dozens of different things to choose from and try.Their prices are great not out of this world expensive at all.Most chefs will get to know you and what you like right away.You will Absolutely enjoy it there!!!!!! =]]
Mayo Cuisine – At one time I would have recommended Yoshino's, but unfortunately the cuisine has taken a bad turn. Rather than serving fresh traditional sushi, Yoshino has migrated more towards the 'extravaganza' rolls that are not authentic and not satisfying for true sushi lovers. Though mayonnaise is sometimes used sparingly and to good effect in Japanese cooking, Yoshino has added it, in quantity, to some of its sushi dishes. Avoid the scallops/hotate. Great selection of sushi Our family loves Yoshino River Park. The selection of sushi is above average and attention to quality food preparation is apparent. Our only complaint is the lack of inside tables. Only three dining tables inside compared to a couple of dozen sushi bar seats. There is plenty of outside searing but in fresno it is too cold or too hot to sit outside most of the year.
