Recently my sushi case had problem and I do not know what is the problem. Then I tried calling yoshimasa n Amy-chan took my call n later passed me to Kim-san n finally asked me to get a new power panel. So I did ordered n Sophia-chan used the UPS service n delivered to me. When I received it, I called back Kim-chan and he quickly without wasting time, walk me thru by video call n finally my case is back to normal again. Bought a YMSC 72 for our high volume restaurant 3 years ago. The unit is still running strong and really is a great case! Well made, Yoshimasa is the best case in my opinion.
