Went 2 seperate times during operating hours (4pm) just to be told they’re closed. No sign and when asked owner gave no reason. I asked her when they would be opened and she said “I don’t know”. I’m very confused by that statement. What does she not know?? Would recommend if I could actually eat it.

Absolutely the worst service. The owner was rude, gave everyone an attitude (including kids), and made the whole experience uncomfortable. We ordered takeout and still tipped 15%, yet she still acted annoyed. If you can’t treat customers with basic courtesy, you shouldn’t be in hospitality.

I typically dont make complaints but the prices are not only high considering the quality of the food but the service is also poor. The tonkotsu shio broth tasted like water and the chicken karage looked and tasted like the mystery meat you'd get in a school lunch (and pretty sure the egg had previously been frozen because it looked gnarly).
