They keep sending my dad who passed away since 2021 a delinquent debt bill. I called and let them know and they just made a note of it.
Apparently they don't need to call you to settle any 'outstanding' bills, despite care being paid for via Sutter Health Medical Foundation & having insurance covering the majority of the procedure I had. Now having to deal with a collections company in Texas who are very proud of their tenure in debt collection and like to gaslight & insult people who call to dispute. If your PCP refers you to this place, refuse and go somewhere else. These people suck.
Horrible management
This company is crooked they will send you to collections after paying cash.
