Pay machine at the elevators was not working. Myself and my friend (at different exits, using multiple credit cards) were unable to pay at these exits as well. Saw several other cars stuck at the same time at various exits. Had to contact help and then was charged $36 for a “lost ticket” when it should have been $11 (evening flat rate price). I evidently had my ticket given that I provided the ticket number to the support person. Much better off parking at a GreenP or street parking nearby.
I tried to pay at the machine, but it wasn’t working. When I went to leave and inserted my ticket, that didn’t work either. It seemed like select cars were having the same issue. I ended up spending about 20 minutes on a call just to resolve it, and in the end, I was charged about 40$ (triple the listed amount) even though I had only parked for three hours and read out my ticket details. Makes me question whether this was a scam.

It was a good experience. Food was delicious, hostess Anureet was very lively and has good customer skills.. The staff was very courteous.
