Absolutely terrible parking lot, zero thought and consideration in designing the layout. The gates are unbelievably bottlenecked and one of maybe four of the gates gets used 90% more than the other. I came here to park for less than 10 minutes so I can pick up a jacket from Yorkville Village, TNT right before them closing. I took a ticket on the way in and the machine rejects my legit parking ticket because I guess my visit was 'too short' that they think I went outside and pushed the machine for the new ticket...
