Friendly and professional- I have been going to this practice for years- highly recommend
Waited 4 weeks for my appointment. 2 days before an unpleasant receptionist with an unsuitable attitude for such a place called to tell me my appointment was on a different day with a different doctor. I told her my appt details, response was a take it or leave it attitude and that it was not her problem. For the amount of money that would be charged and the vulnerable position a patient put in for procedures much more bare-minimum professionalism is required to gain a clients trust, which this place did not come close. Clean & professional environment. Well knowledged and friendly staff. My teeth have never been so healthy.
We love Dr. Tam and Flo so much. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tam since I was a child and she is aces. The few times I have had to see other dentists as a result of moving, etc., I have been sorely disappointed. Dr. Tam has put in 2 bridges and have filled serval cavities 🤫 over my 30 years of seeing her. Romana is lovely too!
