It’s been a while since I wanted to leave this comment. We have been taking our dogs to this place for few years. Their service is subpar and Dr. Allen’s attitude is not the best. The reception guy is also rude. They messed up my dogs travel papers after paying them a lot of money. Don’t recommend them.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few months now, and I’m really happy with their services. The veterinarians are very professional and caring, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. My dog actually loves coming here, especially because they always give him treats :) I highly recommend this place!
I called this clinic to get information about their services and Wellness plans, but it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and answered every single question with "it depends." To make matters worse, they hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. Many other clinics are providing excellent service, so this isn't a big issue for me, but I wanted to share my experience. It seems this clinic has no interest in welcoming new clients.
