I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few months now, and I’m really happy with their services. The veterinarians are very professional and caring, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. My dog actually loves coming here, especially because they always give him treats :) I highly recommend this place!
I called this clinic to get information about their services and Wellness plans, but it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and answered every single question with "it depends." To make matters worse, they hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. Many other clinics are providing excellent service, so this isn't a big issue for me, but I wanted to share my experience. It seems this clinic has no interest in welcoming new clients.
We have been bringing our dog to YAH for 3 years and have been consistently impressed by Dr Gignac and his team. We appreciate Dr Gignac’s balanced approach to Rusky’s care and the wellness plan they offer which covers his dental cleanings and vaccinations.
We have entrusted the health care of our beloved Yorkie to YAH for a while now, and felt it was an appropriate time for a review. Doctor Gignac and staff have been incredibly accommodating, professional and compassionate wrt/ our pets health issues and regular check-ups. We are extremely grateful that there is such an exceptional health care resource in the neighborhood to look after our baby.
