They are not a good company to work with the landlord filed for eviction after receiving parchal payment and proof of the remaining balance being sent in the mail by check then proceed to charge me for filing fees from court after receiving over payment the same day as the court date the day before Christmas eav I now have my rent over payed and am responsible for the $180 worth of filing fees even tho my rent is certainly over payed. since renting my electric cut out of no we're in the main bed room and it took 2 long weeks... read more
Maintenance or whoever goes to the places to take the curtains down and fix’s things before you get evicted steals valuable things out of the place before tenents can schedule a date to get things.
The worst place to rent from nobody helps they clear out maintenance requests before the work gets done I've told them over a month my roof was leaking it took the ceiling actually collapsing to get any work done... They are rude and very unprofessional
Damaged property while mowing another's. Got a sorry. Couldn't tell fence separate,s property, s destroyed lights in front of house at door .tore grass out front and rear of property. Hope neighbor hires someone new.
