They messed up my retainer which caused my teeth to be shifted weirdly. They would never validate what I was feeling. My teeth were perfectly fine after my invisalign treatment, but became misaligned after they messed up my retainer. These treatments that have life lasting consequences should be taken more seriously and mistakes should be owned up for instead of denied. Please listen just a little bit to customers.
I had a pretty bad experience with them - 10 years ago - when I continuously told them that the retainer was too tight and was actually pushing my teeth IN. They wouldn't validate or do anything, even though I felt my teeth becoming crooked again! And this was after 2 years of wearing braces! I was only 14, but I wish they had listened.
Money hungry AF. Went with my wife to get Invisalign. First off we waited in the waiting room for half an hour. They told her she needs to get braces first, After she said no to the braces they then said actually she doesn’t need them but she does need 2 teeth pulled. Sounds like they were trying to get money through braces and an easier job by pulling out 2 teeth. Meanwhile it took 45 for X-rays.
