I hardly ever write reviews. THE REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE FOR THIS PLACE. I have never had any issues with any of my landlords, all good relationships. However, this place is horrible. They raised the rent on me every single year, and also added separate charges for utilities in my last year renting. When I first moved in I was suspicious about the horrible rating they have, but now it makes sense. They have ridiculous moving in and moving out charges. i wish give 0 stars!!!!!! hated this place wouldn’t rec to any one!!! especially if you have kids and have to stay upstairs from someone, stacey was incredibly rude and not doing her job as a landlord, they are also scammers, after paying my rent up they still try to violate me and kick me out, but i stayed due to the fact i gave them 4,000 just for one month, I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you like to shiver while you sleep due to drafty windows and doors, or wake up every time you’re upstairs neighbor walks around because the floor creeks? The apartments are old and outdated. Management plays favorites like it's HS, Stacy and her bf go out of thier way to be difficult if you're not one of her favorites. Good luck if your AC or dryer breaks, they'll schedule repairs but never actually fix anything.
