Terrible management!! They took my deposit in less than 30 min via debit card. It took them 30 days to issue my deposit back via debit card, OOOO WAIT NOW ITS NOT DEBIT CARD!!! SO SAYS KIM!! Had to call several times and get updates, just to be told that the Refund would be issued via debit card then turn around after waiting 30 days to be told it was issued via check and not debit card. One of the worst apartment complexes in the Cleveland area. Extremely rude and fake staff.
Jennifer in the leasing office is great! She went the extra mile for me and my fiancé with our whole application and approval process. We move in January 26th so I will update but I expect to love it there. We are getting a completely renovated apartment all stainless steel appliances, brand new everything! They have a unique application process it’s a bit different criteria than other apartments in the area but still are strict with who they let move in.
