** reply to the owner— it’s not based on individual usage, it’s based on the buildings usage. We don’t even have individual meters here so that’s impossible. Technically yes it’s in the lease… that we had 2 weeks to make a decision or lose the concession… it’s just solely about profit there’s no compassion it’s sad honestly. I am still a resident here but I will be leaving at the end of my current lease (I would love to leave now but they refuse to work with people about early lease termination). They also don’t do month to month leases, well if you want to pay “market value rent” which from what I’ve gathered from research, no one actually charges market valu... read more
