I lived here for two years and then had to move. It was a very nice place to live. During the course of my living, here I was accused of having a cat and a dog. They did an inspection in my apartment both times and did not find anything. Was also Accused of switching out a garbage disposal to a more expensive one when Kim still worked there at one point. ** reply to the owner— it’s not based on individual usage, it’s based on the buildings usage. We don’t even have individual meters here so that’s impossible. Technically yes it’s in the lease… that we had 2 weeks to make a decision or lose the concession… it’s just solely about profit there’s no compassion it’s sad honestly. I am still a resident here but I will be leaving at the end of my current lease (I would love to leave now but they refuse to work with people about early lease termination). They also don’t do month to month leases, well if you want to pay “market value rent” which from what I’ve gathered from research, no one actually charges market valu... read more

I really like living here. This is a very nice place to live. Dave, John, and Trish are real hard workers. Jessi the new property manager is great!
