I’ve used plenty of pool places and this is without a doubt the worst. Owner could care less about customers.
Business response:
We have only had one experience with Mr. Peroni. It took him 6 months to pay his bill, and we had to use legal means to collect. Our experience was just as bad as his. Fortunately we will not be interacting again.
I’ve dealt with a lot of pool companies over the years. This one is by far the most unprofessional and rude company I have ever dealt with. Go elsewhere!

I am sorry Mr. Peroni viewed us as rude. We may seem more matter of fact when people take 6 months to pay their bill after many calls and a signed for certified letter.
RecommendedFIVE STARS! We’ve always trusted our pool testing and supply needs to Yorktown Pools & Spas. They have reasonable prices and a great selection, but they are also honest, knowledgeable and friendly. They have recently gone out of their way to accommodate our needs, even during the coronavirus outbreak. We highly recommend them!

We have had our hot tub now for about 8 years I believe. We have had several issues with it for which I have had to have someone come out to look at it. I have made several attempts to have someone come out and tell me what is wrong with the stereo system that is installed in our hot tub. I have not received a phone call back. The service guy came out last year and said that the remote was dead I bought another remote in the tune of 90.00 and guess what the radio still did not work.
