Originally, I left a poor review, but am revising my comments, after speaking with Jeffrey today. My parents in their late 80's/90's had signed an agreement with Yorktown Main Tax and Accounting for 2023 tax preparation- I understood that to be a contract which was binding, Jeffrey clarified that this was not the case. My parents were charged an initial $450 engagement fee in addition to $930 to complete their basic return, nothing owed, no refund.
