Beware of sketchy Waitlist possible money grab. When my sister called to apply they encouraged her to apply and be on the waitlist. Even after she got accepted with application more than 4 months ago they never called her back to notify of available apt coming up. They should refund all the Waitlist people if older than 2 months or get rid of that ridiculous waitlist procedure. It looks like this is a way for that leasing office to make extra income.
I moved in September 2024. The office staff are great. Maintenance staff are ninjas, requests are filled swiftly and you never know they were in your apartment. The trash dumpsters are emptied four times a week. The building is quiet. My neighbors are wonderful. It's my favorite rental ever. -Kathleen
Need new dryer and washers.have to put more money to get your clothes dry$3.00 or more. Then you raise our rent
