I moved in September 2024. The office staff are great. Maintenance staff are ninjas, requests are filled swiftly and you never know they were in your apartment. The trash dumpsters are emptied four times a week. The building is quiet. My neighbors are wonderful. It's my favorite rental ever. -Kathleen
Need new dryer and washers.have to put more money to get your clothes dry$3.00 or more. Then you raise our rent
Good location at 21st ST with access a many different services and shopping. Apartments with good accommodation and space. Service excellent at the office and maintenance.
