Terrible - got a filling that fell out and then an infection - no responsibility for it, no thoughtfulness. Just "I can't help you" when they looked as the unfilled tooth had cracked by that time. "My tooth cracked"? I asked. The dentist said "You don' t have to be a genius to figure that out!" Dirty office, nasty staff, long wait in reception room - actually, I took the afternoon off to see the head dentist and he didn't show up and they didn't have the good graces to call and tell me. Bad, bad, bad.

Ignorant, incompetent, and unprofessional office staff. Please do not choose them as your dentist if you have an emergency you can not make a reasonable appointment. If you don't do what they say they tell you to find another dentist. That is how they rectify problems. If you have a problem with the office staff yelling at you over the phone and hanging up on you there is nobody above them to speak to. The dentists let the office staff rule. Please don't make the sane mistake as me go elsewhere!

Great dentist, but poor quality office staff. No matter how long you have been a patient there, how much money you spend there or that you had not previously owed them money, they will badger you in the middle of the office for an up front payment. This is not a professional way to make payment arrangements. Since this office insists on appointment confirmation, billing arrangements could be made on the phone and not in the middle of the office.
