Refuses to enforce terms of the lease Tenants cannot be loud or practice their instruments in their apartments. However, if a tenant decides to do so, management will not enforce the lease terms. They will give guidance to call law enforcement instead of enforcing the terms of their lease.
Management is a joke. My neighbors engage in domestic violence disputes DAILY. There is constant yelling/cursing/stomping. The police are called, guy gets taken away in hand cuffs, then he will be back the next day to start over. Management told me there was nothing they could do, I couldn't move apartments and I could not end my lease early. The lady in the office suggested I get a lawyer. Seriously?? Property management claims that this place is so pet friendly, well I guess if you want to keep Fido locked inside all day! Their description in the herald times states that there is a green space behind the buildings to take your dog, but that space doesn't belong to them and they will fine you 50 dollars for walking back there! Basically property management loves to lie to tenants and perpetuate double standards. If you're a lonely old cat lady, live here, but if you're young and active, STAY AWAY!
