SUBLEASING HERE IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE Lived here for 2 years. Be very CAREFUL before signing a lease. Subleasing is technically allowed, but in reality, it is almost impossible. We informed Allison and Rich 6 months in advance that we might move out. They verbally promised to help, but did NOTHING, prioritizing renting other vacant units instead. One of the best places to live in Tuscaloosa. The complex is always clean, and the manager and staff are awesome and very friendly. I really enjoyed living there, especially the positive atmosphere and respectful neighbors. The management is careful about who they rent to, which helps keep the community safe and enjoyable.
Living at Yorktown Commons was an awesome experience! The staff was not just professional but also really friendly, making it feel like a home. The place was always in great shape, with beautiful landscaping that gave it a warm vibe. Any issues I had were fixed super quickly, and the amenities, like the fitness center and pool, were fantastic. I'd totally recommend Yorktown Commons for anyone looking for a friendly and chill place to live!
