You likely don’t often look for surgeons, but when you do, we highly recommend YCSS. From the receptionist Lisa; to the nurses Christen, Caitlin, Lydia, Thea, Marion, Tatiana, and Eileen; to the fantastic anesthesiologist Steve; to the surgeon Dr Burgstein everyone was exceptionally kind and empathetic. Best experience we’ve ever had with surgical care.
It’s actually zero stars. My husbands appointment was with Dr. Metitiri at 10:45 on Christmas Eve (we asked for after Christmas but they didn’t want to wait). We sat there until 12:33 when they finally called him back. Completely unprofessional. Will never be back. Will never recommend.
Great service and facility, The entire staff that helped me were very comforting and professional. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr Perretta are the best!
had foot surgery here, and i was very amazed at how clean, organized and personable this surgery ctr was. very pleasant experience. friendly & knowlegable staff.
