Broke wheel lock key. Tried to hide the key and the pouch an insisted he returned to avoid us noticing he damaged the key. Need new key and 4 new locks for the rims now. They were not honest about the job. We were a group of 4 girls attempting to head back to the city from a long hike and caught a flat. Luckily the service was available however they were not honest about damaging the very key needed to remove the rim after the flat was replaced.
