I am surprised by the negative reviews for Yorkshire Towers on Google. My experience with YT has been wonderful. Over my last 10 years in NYC, this is the 5th apartment I’ve rented. UES Management has been by far the easiest management company, making my move seamless. Within a few hours, Brooke S. answered the info. request I submitted online (after hours). Save yourselves and live literally anywhere else. This building as absolutely disgusting with cockroach and mice infestations (elevators, hallways, laundry rooms even the lobby). The staff are incredibly rude and go out of their way to be of no help at all. It is a complete rip off and I wish someone had warned me what a nightmare UES Management and Yorkshire Towers would be. Avoid this building like the plague it is.
If I could---I would give them -5! Terrible, unprofessional, unhappy people work in leasing office! STAY AWAY THIS BUILDING!!! Rude, Rude, Rude showing agents and stinky hallways! On every questions instead of answer I got attitude! I have to thank that girl, thought, she definitely helped me to decide to apply for apartment in other building! AGAIN, STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!
