My sister has an apartment in Inwood, upper west side in Manhattan. The apartment is falling apart bad condition, kitchen leaks, bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired due to water leaks from the bathroom above, she calls for repairs and no one acknowledges her complaints. Terrible ....

I rent an apartment in one of the properties that Yorkshire manages, we haven't had a super for weeks and the tenants have had to worry about keeping the place clean ourselves.

I've owned property for 20+ years in multiple locations, I've dealt with more than two dozen management companies. Yorkshire is the worst, by far. Yorkshire used to be a decent management company. But the previous owner recently sold the business in order to retire. He sold the business to a kid who doesn't have much experience, and doesn't seem to have enough wisdom or education.
