If I could I would put 0 stars. When we first moved in we had no heat or ac for 4 months. They don't take care of their properties. They know that the duct work is not attached and the apartments get up to 90° and they won't let us put a window unit in because of the looks. The responce from the manager was and i quote "The owners know and it would be too expensive to fix all the apartments are like that." Also we have an ant infestation they refuse take care of. Terrible place
I was denied on my application due to being a part time student in college! Parking lots are in terrible condition, pot holes everywhere!
Denied my application due to my anticipation of maybe going back to college. Their parking lot is in terrible condition. As a potential student, I have never lived in the dorms, i lived in an apartment. So why reject my application?
