I have been there over 10 years and used to be pretty good management. Since new management came in a few years ago they dont uphold their end of the HOA. They have no problem emailing you that your HOA is due or if there's complaints but if you contact them about anything it will take a few weeks (if you're lucky) but for the most part you're ignored. Awesome experience for my daughter
This condominium complex has the worst management and maintenance in the area! The HOA board is worthless! This place has deteriorated horribly since I bought my condo in 2016. Garbage and filth are everywhere! Landscaping consists of dying lawns and trees... and nothing is done about it! Weeds grow everywhere and it's muddy where the weeds are dead! Some of my neighbors and I have spent our dollars to fix and maintain the areas around our condos - things the HOA dues should cover! This place needs help!
