DO NOT RENT HERE- they will do anything to keep your security and will falsify and wrongfully claim damages to keep your money! Jude Cabral wrongfully claimed damages on our move out inspection to deduct 1500 dollars from our security deposit! They are so ghetto it’s disgusting I called 24Hr maintenance tonight 11/28/20 at approximately 9:00pm about my toilet being clogged (Not the first plumbing issue since i have been here 5 months) and this piece of shit told me it was not an emergency and said “dont you have 3 bathrooms?” WHAT ?! who says that to a tenant and no I dont have 3 bathrooms if i did so what i pay rent for all of my appliances to work not some of them.
