Charging over $3,000 a month for rent to live in a neighborhood with a serious insect problem, moldy bathrooms, unsafe woodwork in the homes, they never put down new mulch outside, outdated appliances and fixtures. Office agent Shana is very polite, courteous with smiling face to welcoming visitors. Nice community with nice maintenance crews, especially after heavy snowfalls, they clean roads and side walks beautifully. also they acknowledge and listen to tenant's concerns, although sometime, it may get back to you at a later time, not right away, but mainly issues solved .
