WISH I READ REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE PRIOR TO LEASE: Worst customer experience I have ever had at an Car dealership! I went into this location per VW head office, to have them submit a claim for my windshield with a very tiny stone chip. I bought the extra protection as part of my lease with my ID4 AWD Pro S. The hilarious part is the first guy at customer service I spoke to mumbled to the other guy ( to his left by the window.. and they start a conversation about me as if I'm not even there..
