I should not give them any star. Feb 17, I was recommended to lease a brand new Toyota bz by Toyota Yorkdale sales team and their staff’s personal testimonials. I went to 2026 Toronto auto show to double check the information that they provided. We decided to go for it and their delivery process was far below the industrial standard that I never had seen. Worse experience ever. I would never visit them again. I booked my car more then 5 months ago that time they gave me timeline of 3 to 6 months.After 4 months I called them twice and both time they said that When you booked it that time timeline was 3-6months but now you need to wait for another 6 to 12 months. How it is possible that you booked car with deposit and they didn't ger your car after 6 month and you still needs to wait for another 6 to 12 Months.
