Was in the market for a new work truck, and needed a specific colour and trim, went to 3 other dealerships before I came across Sunny at Yorkdale. Sunny was able to get me a truck in the near exact spec’s I was looking for. The process was not rushed at all, Sunny really was helpful and above all I was able to reach him anytime during the process day or night for my questions. Liars. And cheaters. I get a discount through my union. But because of the great discount (their loss in revenue) they absolutely low balled me on my trade in offer. They told me my truck was only worth 19k trade in value. I have checked several other dealerships since then and ALL have told my truck is worth 40k trade in. They were trying to recoupe the money they lost on my discount with an insulting lowball offer on my truck. Just straight up dishonesty . I Wouldn’t support a business with this standard of operations.
