What a fantastic experience! Our car serviced today scheduled @0800 Our car check in @0810 and completed after almost 8hours, we keep inquiring over the phone, they keep telling us will be available soon. So my husband decided to go and check whats going on with our car, Costumer service rep telling my husband that “ he should have told then what time we needed the car”, it really upsets me that they have the nerve to tell that to my husband that since appointment is booked early 0800 in the morning and it took almost 8hours to complete the service?
