All I can say is wow. I’ve had numerous negative and judgemental experiences at many dentist offices, making me absolutely petrified to attend a dental office in over 15 years. From calling and speaking with Mary for the first time, to Alesia and Dr. Shadi being so pleasant and genuinely caring about my health. They weren’t judgmental, but instead listened to my concerns and was completely understanding of what was going on. Yorkdale Dental Centre (North York) is super amazing, Dr. Shadi is such a nice, super skillful and knowledgeable dentist. She made sure I don't feel pain during my wisdom tooth extraction. She took extra time to give me comfort and make me feel ease. I had smooth and nice experience. All of the team members of this dental clinic are super friendly and helpful. Worst dental visit of my life. I went there for treatment and came out with a damaged tooth. My tooth is now totally broken, and I can’t even eat properly. This is not normal and not acceptable. The dentist was not careful at all. It felt like a beginner working on my teeth, with no skill and no responsibility. Professionals do not work like this. A dental clinic should fix problems, not create bigger ones. Now I am in pain, stressed, and I will need to pay more money to fix what they damaged. No apology, no responsibility. ... read more
I came in today as a new patient that needed help during the holiday week -- they took me in without hesitation and fixed my loose retainer wire. Prior to coming here, I tried calling multiple dental offices but all were "fully booked". Dr. Shadi Ghanaat, thank you for helping me out!
