Andrea is super friendly and always willing to help, shes bilingual and also the other girls in the front. Definitely recommend this pharmacy !
If I could give them a zero i would. I've gone multiple times and they keep telling me "oh it will be ready Monday" then I go Monday and they say "oh come in tomorrow" it's constant oh next day then when I ask for them to be transfered the other pharmacy calls to get them transfered and they either york wellness doesn't send all prescriptions even tho I asked for them all to be sent or they filled it and now I can't get my medication that is needed.
I've been going to york wellness pharmacy for years and Jackie is one of the best worker there in my opinion.
Good people good pharmacist,JIST TIRED OF SITTING ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 min or they pick up and don’t say anything and put you on hold, Really irritating … I know you guys get busy but the hold times are crazy… and I don’t know who answered the phone today, but they were rude so down another start like all you do is sit on hold most of the time
