Was seen within 15 minutes & NP was very sympathetic & helpful. Sent my prescription to pharmacy almost immediately.
Needed to see a provider while passing through the area on vacation. I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived and checked in at the kiosk, all of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The NP I saw was attentive to my concern and explained everything well. Not how I wanted to spend time on my vacation, but they got me in and out quickly and Id go back of needed.
My neighbor told me about this urgent care said it was great and he was right. I went on Sunday morning it was quick.i checked in at kiosk filled out a quick form ,I had been in York hospital before so they had my history. I was called about 10 min later. The entire staff was so nice . Ended up with script and instructions. Today I feel better would definitely recommend this urgent care.
Great care, friendly staff & never felt rushed, even tho I showed up 7 min before closing on a Sat night. My provider, Emily, even followed up w/a phone call the next morning. Definitely recommend
