I was just recently diagnosed with lung cancer and I was referred to Dr. Privitera at York Thoracic Surgery, for care by my family Doctor. I have been blessed to be in their care. Dr. Privitera is extremely thorough & caring. He is a specialist who talks with you and not at you. How rare. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Dr. Privitera and his office staff are. I'm just curious as to 'why' there aren't any responses to the negative comments. Surely if something negative was written, one would think the organization would want to defend itself. Just sayin'. I can't give full stars.
Go ANYWHERE but here if you want to live.
Words cannot describe how horrible my family’s experience was with Dr. Toth. Absolutely disgusting and shameful. If you care about the treatment of your family members, you will run from this clinic. I wish we did.
I highly recommend going elsewhere. My dad was Diagnosed with esophageal cancer in December and his doctor booked an appt for him to go to York Thoracic. They agreed to place a stent to help my dad eat but since day 1, when Dr. Toth placed the stent, my dad felt much worse. We had to rush my dad to emergency the day off because he was in so much pain afterwards.
