They finally had a great property manager who was active. She was regularly here, friendly and professional, was very attentive, genuinely cared about the tenants, and got issues addressed. However I understand that she left the company. And tenants no longer have that representative and ally. Not sure what happened, but they need to bring her back, because it's going downhill again. Wasn't a bad place to live. But recently since new company took it over its getting more ghetto every day. Rent isn't to bad but apartments are outdated by alot. Used to be nice people living there but now it's getting to be more younger crowd that doesn't respect anything. Also seems to be alot of shady traffic here recently also.....
